I love catfish, I'm not sure about this type but I'm assuming it may be a little hot or spicy, which sounds great to me. So, I think cole slaw, hush puppies, onion rings and maybe a baked potatoe or french fries would be delicious!!

How about some sort of yellow rice or something to offset it... ?

I bought some Cajun seasoned catfish and don't know what to fix with it? What veggies or sides go well with catfish? I have not been a fish eater so I am not use to making fish for dinner. I thought about Baked Potatoes and some kind of green veggie or salad, but thought there may be something better I could put with it. Any help would be appreciated. :D
