I found another bundt cake recipe when going through my recipe file.

Apples and Spice Dream Cake

CAKE:
1 Box Spice Cake Mix
20-oz. can Apple Fruit Pie Filling
3 Eggs

TOPPING:
2 TBSP. Margarine or Butter
1 Cup flaked or shredded coconut
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup cream or milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt pan with Baker's Joy. In large bowl, blend all cake ingredients until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Turn pan over onto serving plate to release cake. Set aside and prepare topping.

TOPPING:
In small saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in remaining topping ingredients until well blended. Spread mixture over top of cooled cake. Broil until golden brown, 2 to 5 minutes.

I have also used the Carmel for dipping apple slices as a topping. It is easy and quick. Just melt the carmel in the microwave about 1 minute or until it becomes the consistency to drizzle over the top of the cake.

Here's a bundt cake recipe that is very good!

The Ruby Slipper

1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup (1/2 pt) sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 package (3 oz) Raspberry Flavor Jello

Combine cake mix, sour cream, water and eggs in large bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed 2 minutes until creamy. Spray bundt pan with floured baking spray. Spoon 1/3 of batter into bundt pan, sprinkle with 1/2 the gelatin. Repeat layers, spreading remaining batter over gelatin to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 munutes, until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.

Enjoy! :P

I have rediscovered my bundt pan in the back of the cabinet! I tried and enjoyed the monkey bread on here. Does anyone have any other recipies for the bundt pan? Cakes with fillings maybe?
