pre-heat oven 350 degrees

combine in a bowl
1 1/3 cup self rise flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder

add 1 stick melted butter or substitute
stir well
add 1 teaspoon vanilla and
2 eggs
blend well
add 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
stir well and pour into a 9x9 inch baking pan coated well with non-stick spray
bake 33 minutes
let cool a bit before cutting
