Broccoli,eggs, mayo, chesse, onions,vingar,sugar, mustard,salt and pepper.
I used to make this for a place you guys have talk about I first cut the broccoli add the cheese and diced eggs and onions. Mix the mayo mustard and little vingar, sugar and salt and pepper. I recall I used more mayo than mustard. i think if you play around enough you could make it taste the same. Mix all together and put in refig over night I don't know what measurement cause I made it in five gallon buckets.

Dressing:
4 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of vinegar 4-5 tablespoons of mayo (adjust to your taste)
Combine sugar and vinegar. Mix in mayo well and set aside.
Salad:
One to two heads of broc. - depending on their size and how much you want, chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1 cup raisans About 1/2 jar of bacon bits
Combine all ingrediants (amounts can be adjusted based on number of people and your taste - I like losts of onion and raisans so I put more). Stir in dressing mix. Serve immediately and store in leftovers in fridge - great for a midnight snack after it's marinated for a while - just be sure and brush your teeth before you kiss anyone - LOL!

The recipe we use where I work calls for broccoli, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chopped boiled eggs, and you can either use cole slaw dressing or make a dressing out of mayo, sugar and vinegar.

Combine broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, and peas in a large serving bowl. In a separate bowl or large cup, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. BROCOLLI SALAD 1 bunch of brocolli, use only the flowerets 1 head of cauliflower, " " " 1 pound of bacon, diced and fried crisp 2 bunches of green onions, sliced thin 1 cup of golden raisins Dressing; 2 cups hellmanns mayonnaise 4 tsps. vinegar 1/2 cup sugar Mix all together and pour over above ingredients. I don't pour it all on at once, because you don't want it soupy. Pour about half of it on first and then add more to your taste.

Yes, please do give the receipe from Fire Mountain. I would also like the one from Carousel. I have heard of the receipe that has raisins in it. The other one I have also heard many good things about its taste. Thank you so much

Do you think it is like the Brocolli Salad at Fire Mountain or the one at Carousel? The one at Fire Mt has raisins in it and nuts. I love it. The one at Carousel has onions in it. They have two different tastes. I like both of them. I can find the recipe for the one at Fire Mt if that is the one you want. My mom makes one just like it. Let me know and I will post it.
