I don't know if you're only wanting recipes for loaves, but here's a really good yeast roll recipe.
Yeast Rolls melt 1 stick butter in microwave and set aside to cool pour 2 c. hot water in large bowl and stir in 1/2 c. sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved; while sugar water is still warm, BUT NOT HOT, add one package yeast and stir well while yeast is "working" measure 4 c. self-rise flour into separate bowl pour melted, cooled butter into yeast and sugar water add 1 beatened egg and stir dump in all of flour and mix well cover and place in fridge 4 hours to rise pre-heat oven 400 degrees spray muffin tins well with non-stick spray; makes 24 rolls remove dough from fridge, DO NOT PUNCH DOWN spray a tablespoon and an ice-cream scoop well with non-stick spray scoop up dough with ice-cream scoop and push off into muffin tin with tablespoon you will have the correct amount in each tin if you fill 24 evenly bake 20 min. and turn out of pans immediately after removing from oven

Can you get it at a regular grocery store? I havent ever noticed it, but I havent ever really looked either.

Bread flour is a high-protein flour, specially formulated for making yeast breads. The combination of extra protein, a tiny bit of malted barley to help the yeast, and vitamin C or potassium bromate to help the formation of the gluten, helps the dough rise and retain gasses as it bakes, resulting in greater volume and better texture. You can certainly substitute all-purpose flour in a recipe, but the results will be less spectacular. If you have a box of wheat gluten handy, you can add a tablespoon or so to your bread recipe to get essentially the same results as if you had used the bread flour

Avanti Bread 3/4 cup warm water 1 package active dry yeast 1 egg beaten 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup granulated sugar 3 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon vegetable oil Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix oil, eggs, salt and sugar together till blended. Add flour one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Knead till smooth and elastic. Let rise till doubled, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. repeat the kneading and rising. Punch down. Cut dough into 2 pieces. Let rise, covered for 10 minutes. Shape into 2 oblong loaves, about 14 inches long. Place on greased cookie sheets. Cover: let rise again, about 50-60 minutes. Cut slash down middle of bread or 3 slashes diagonally on top. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

I am looking for a good, relatively simple bread recipe. I want one that makes just a few loaves at a time, because I have limited freezer space. Thanks!
