Marinate them overnight, then put them into a glass baking dish. Place foil tightly over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Brown them if you want to. They are great this way.

Also

two small bottles of barbeque sauce
1/2 to 1 cup of brown sugar
1 stick of butter (no margarine!!)
4-6 thick slices boneless pork chops or thick slices of pork loin

Put the BBQ sauce, brown sugar and butter into a skillet (with a lid). When butter is melted and all of the ingredients are combined, add the meat. Make sure to turn them over and get plenty sauce all over them. put the lid on, turn down heat to a simmer, and let them cook for about 30 - 45 minutes.

Serve with your favorite sides and plenty of bread for sopping up that heavenly sauce!

I like to slice into the number of slices needed and bake it with a little Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Quick, easy and really good. Combo with pintos and corn bread and it's one of my hubby's faves.

If you elect to do in the house then consider marinating and then wrapping it in foil, then bake in oven. I like to take the foil off the top and baste with home made bbq sauce. Return to oven, baste several times, and allow to brown. Just be careful not to let it dry out. Let it rest for a short time before slicing.

I like to grill it after marinating in the vinegar based bbq sauce that is used in the local chicken ques.
