I put my eggs in a pot in salted water and bring to a boil, cover the pot with a lid. When the water comes to a boil, I turn the stove element off and leave the pot sitting on the element covered for 10 to 15 minutes. My eggs are always done when I do it that way.

I always bring to boil. Remove from heat and let set for 18 minutes in hot water. Then you cool them down with cold water. Always done. I have always heard that you are not to boil eggs.

I boil them for 12 mintues when I make delived eggs and they are always good and done in the middle
