sounds interesting!

i got this from Southern Living magazine

16 oz pkg frozen blueberries
1/c lemon juice

bring to a boil stirring occaasionally and cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and pour through fine wire-mesh strainer

wipe saucepan clean and bring 4 cups water to boil add 3 family size tea bags, let stand 5 minutes

stir in 3/4 cup sugar and blueberry juice mixture

cover and let chill 1 hour

it's wonderful!!! i even made it with strawberry which i liked better... for strawberry i cut the lemon juice in half

instead of throwing away the berries i add some sugar to them just enough to sweeten, it'll make great ice cream topping or even pancake topping
