mashed faketatos

1 head cauliflower
1 large potato
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
2 tablespoons fat free half and half
salt
pepper
garlic powder
imagination

cut up the cauliflower and peel and quarter your potato, put on to boil, boil until tender..

using a blender, food processor, or a hand held masher, process cauliflower until the consistency of mashed potatoes. add your sour cream and ff half and half. salt, pepper, and use garlic powder to taste. You can also add fat free cheddar cheese on top of each serving.

these are realllly good and very low in calories. You can "fake" out your family and yourself into thinking you are indulging when really, you aren't. let me know how you like the recipe!

1-2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 packages of gravy mix, water added and stirred well

Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on high 4 1/2 hours or low for 8 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes, veggies, or noodles. :)
