Best ideas for leftover turkey

I do turkey enchiladas. Heat on the stove with worcestershire, salt, pepper, cayenne, red pepper flakes and chicken seasoning. Put mix in tortilla's with refried beans and cheese. Roll tortilla's and put in casserole dish.
Cover with enchilada sauce and more cheese. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.

Pull it apart take a cup of cornmeal tsp salt and pepper. Fry it till lightly brown drain it. Its good with soupy tators(thick)

I agree with Satan. Mine just love the turkey....Be careful of the bones, though.

Same here Satan. I make a point to eat a little at Thanksgiving, then I don't want anymore until the next Thanksgiving! Much rather have a good ham or beef brisket.

right now my best idea for using leftover turkey,feed the dogs with it till its gone. i like turkey ... but once maybe twice a year is enough

My favorite thing to do with the leftover turkey is make dog biscuits. They love them and it uses all the tiny bits that would end up in the trash.

Not really unique, But I am making Turkey Casserole today. Using my left over stuffing in in too :) carrots, celery, cream of mushroom soup. . yummy!
My husband loves turkey sandwiches made with a little gravy on it.
