Also cook some bacon crispy, cool, and crumble. Mix in with ground beef, make patties and chargrill. Mix in some worchestershire sauce too.

For a really tasty burger, ask your butcher to grind a brisket. It has a little more fat, but believe me the flavor is KICKIN!
