Go to the Stock sale in NW they have plenty and they are cheap.
Every Monday great produce ,eggs ,potatos and dried peppers.

i have a few recipes for them but i don't recall seeing them in the grocery store

I have never heard of roasted beets, but love pickled beets. Let us know if you try this and how they were.

has anyone ever roasted beets?

i LOVE pickled beets (and so do my kids) but have been thinking about trying them roasted, i just don't know if i could get the kids to try them this way
