I can't imagine what beer biscuits taste like, I've never even heard of them. Somebody fill me in on the juicy details of beer biscuits please, enquiring minds want to know

Beer Bread
(A good excuse to always had a can or two of beer in the refrigerator.)
3 cups of self-rising flour
1 can (12 oz.) of beer (I have used light beer as well. I like using the dark beer, to for a different flavor)
2 Tbl. sugar
Mix together in bowl, put into a greased bread pan. Bake in a preheated 350
degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. This bread has a wonderful uneven
crunchy crust and is just right for soups or anytime (per my taste
testers!).

1 1/2-2 cups self rising flour...1-2 cups sugar (to taste) depends on how sweet you want it...10oz can of beer. mix and bake in loaf pan...or if you want biscuits...I would suggest either drop biscuits...or reducing the amount of beer to the consistancy that you could roll the biscuits as you would normally...good luck...I make them all the time...luv e'm

I used to have a receipe for them, but CRS has set in and I can't find it. Ther were sooo goood. If anyone has a receipe, pleas "PM" me with it if you would, or put it on here.

I have found some Beer Bread Mix. A friend sent it to me from up in Yankee land. Haven't seen it around here. As soon as I have a chance, will give it a try and let y'all know if it is any good.
