Which part of it makes blood pressure high besides the soy sauces? It seemed pretty healthy to me aside from soy sauceand teriakyi if you use wheat pasta. I don't know nutrition well though so I may be wrong.

I kind of made this up last week and we loved it so I thought I would share. Next time I am going to just make it without the beef.

1 zuccini thinly diced

1 carrot shredded

1 bunch of brocolli chopped up

3 green onion diced

clove garlic diced. (I used one tsp from jar)

crushed red pepper

white wine vinegar

1 lb stir fry beef (marinated in a little soy and terriyaki sauce)

terriyaki sauce

soy sauce

1 box linguine cooked

In wok heat peanut oil or vegetable oil. When pan is hot add beef and cook until brown. Add garlic and onion. Cook about one minute. Add vegetables, splash of wine vinegar and crushed pepper. Cover and cook about five minutes. Add some sauces to taste. Cook about three more minutes or until vegetables are done. Toss in linguine and add more sauces to taste.
