BBQ COOKING SAUCE
1 QT. VINEGAR
2 CUPS CATSUP
1 TBS PEPPER
1 TBS SALT
1 TBS PEPPER FLAKES
1 TBS SUGAR
1/2 TPS ONION & GARLIC POWDER
PUT ALL IN SAUCE PAN BRING TO BOIL COOL AND SERVE
SPRINKLE OVER MEAT WHEN YOU COOK AND USE
FOR A TABLE SAUCE

The one I use is...
1 cup vinegar Add all into a small saucepot
1stick of butter and warm until blended. Do not
1/2 cup oil boil. Pour cooled sauce over ckn
2 Tablespoons Wors. sauce and marinate all day for grilling at
Juice of 2 lemons dinner. Drizzle sauce over ckn as it
red pepper grills.

its simple.
vinegar , salt and black pepper, and butter.
thats all there is to it.
of course, ya want to marinate the chicken for several hours before you grill it.
thats the best way.
as far as measurements, that youll have to figure out.
heat the mixture til the butter is good and melted, and stirred in.
then let it cool, before the butter cools enough to re solidify, throw in your chicken to marinate.
then, later on, you grill it.
that simple.
some people prefer to use the liquid margarine, but i dont think that stuff is fit for human consumption.

Rub that **** with pepper, hot sauce, Stick some TNT up it's butt, put it on the grill, than wait till it's blows out the impurity's. Than carve it up and dip it in some red hot chili sauce, Now you have some eating.
