For my mom's rib recipe, you have to boil the ribs until they are falling apart, then soak them with BBQ sauce, I prefer kraft, put onto a baking pan and coat with more bbq sauce, then bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. They are great! :)

These are "all that" ribs. I use country style ribs. Wash ribs - no need to dry. Place in pan lined with enought foil to wrap all the ribs and be able to seal (to steam). Rub each side of the ribs with a liquid smoke - I use Colgin Liquid Smoke - you can also use hickory flavored. Also rub just a little vinegar on both sides - not much. On the top sides only, sprinkle with salt, pepper, a really good garlic powder - I use McCormick California Style with parsley, onion powder. Sometimes I also use a little cayanne powder. Bake for 1 hour then turn the ribs and sprinkle the other side with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of your ribs. Keep the ribs wrapped (sealed) until the last 30 mins of cooking and then uncover and finish baking. My husband loves them without sauce. If you want sauce, just brush both sides with your favorite BBQ sauce and broil till they are brown. I hope you will enjoy.

MMMMM...Ribs..I love em too!!!
This works the same no matter if your using Country Style,Baby Back or St Louis style ribs.

Boil the ribs until they are almost falling apart and very tender.
You can use plain water or add enough salt and pepper (red and black) to flavor the water.
Have your grill heated up and ready. Take the ribs out of the water and lay in a pan long enough for them to dry off or pat dry with a paper towel.
Cover the ribs on both sides with your favorite BBQ sauce and put them on the grill. If you are using a thick western style sauce all you want to do is leave them on the grill long enough to brown the sauce a little.
If using a thin eastern vinegar sauce, bast them a couple of times on both sides while on the grill.

You might want to try this homemade BBQ sauce too....its really good!
32oz Ketchup
1lb Brown sugar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
12oz can of frozen concentrated OJ
Mix everything together and heat to a boil and then simmer a few mins.
This can be kept covered in the fridge for a long time.
