lordy dont worry about bbq chicken if u got a crock pot, throw that bird in the crock pot with 1 cup of water, turn the crock pot on high, let cook for 4 hrs, then pour honey bbq sauce on the chick, let cook for another hour, waa laaa best fall apart bbq chicken in town

Cola Chicken 1 can (12 ounces) cola 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon red wine or cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 broiler/fryer chickens (3 pounds each), cut in half
In a saucepan, combine the cola, tomato paste, onion, wine or vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Set aside 1/2 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate. Carefully loosen the skin of the chicken; brush remaining sauce under skin. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Place chicken on grill rack. Grill, uncovered, over indirect medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn; grill 20-30 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear, basting occasionally with reserved sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
Carolina Rib Rub Chicken Ingredients: 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons ground ***in 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1/4 cup paprika Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well Store in airtight container. Rub chicken with rub ,Be generous with rub. Place in flat pan and spray with cooking spray. Cool for as long as possible.Remove from frig. Bake chicken in oven for 35 to 45 minutes. remove from oven and place on hot grill Grill for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy
