I just fixed this for supper tonight, it's something I kinda created, it's pretty good, if I do say so myself, lol.

1 pkg raw chicken tenders
BBQ Sauce (any flavor, any brand)
Cheddar Cheese
Mozzerella Cheese
Onions, sliced
Mushrooms (I use the canned ones)


Soak the tenders in some bbq sauce, then pan fry. Line a 9x13 pan with tin foil. (to make for easy clean up). Pour some bbq sauce on the foil, and pour chicken over sauce. I saute my onions and mushrooms, then pour them over the chicken. Top with cheddar cheese & mozzerella cheese, and bake until cheese is melted.

Serve with some garlic mashed taters and buttered toast, and some (homemade) ranch dressing to dip the chicken in. Yummy.

Sometimes I add some cooked bacon and fresh diced tomatoes, if I have any on hand.
