2 cups all purpose flour
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
2/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups mashed banana that are over ripe
cream sugar.eggs, add other ingredients. Mix well
Grease and flour 1 loaf pan- add mixture and bake @ 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into middle.
