WOW - I miss another great night at the 1goddess' house :( :( :( Sounds like an awesome time - and the food sounds amazing too - love alfredo anything :) Maybe - just maybe - this stuff I have going on will be calmer and better by next week - not sure yet - things won't get really better until after the 21st :( but each Tuesday - I say I am going no matter what - then that there "what" happens - but it ain't a gon'a keep me down much longer :) What's going on next week ladies?

Food was incredible as always! As for the singing I can't carry a tune in a bucket. My bucket has a hole in it.LOL Love the GREAT company every week.

Yes, the food was wonderful....Thanks Britt, for the Fried Ravioli idea....and thank the pasta machine gods for grannyfelts and mr grannyfelts...we would still be pressing pasta dough had they not brought their pasta machine....


Now, as for the singing...you all didn't realize that you were in the midst of the next American Idol....senior style!!!! Razz

Another great night at the baking class!

Awesome food! Fried ravioli, alfredo sauce, red sauce, and some bread that was to die for! (I have got to get a bread machine!)

Oh and cant forget the miniture brownie muffin thingys....what ever those things were called! LOL

Mmmmm

Thanks ladies and gents for another wonderful fun filled night!


Oh....and of course..cant forget the singing coming from the living room!

The menu this week Tuesday 1/12, @ Baking Class is...

Fried Ravioli!!!!

Yep, you read that right...Fried Ravioli!!!

From what I understand we're gonna make the pasta and then filing...then fry it!!

It might be a little messy getting there...but it's gotta be good.

It's Italian and it's fried!!!!Razz

I tell ya, folks....those enchilada's were to die for....

I've never played with the peppers either....it was really neat to make from scratch the enchilada sauce....and of course it is to die for as far as taste.

Natural_Disaster, I want to say a big ole Thankyou for introducing your sister to all of us....I know she did most of the work as the rest of us didn't have a clue as to how, to help her...

We need the recipe!!!! Cause it is really really good stuff!!!! There was so much going on that we didn't take the time to write it down!!!

Actually we were to busy eating....Cool

Hope everyone had a great holiday season!!!!

Baking class is going to meet up again this Tuesday Jan 5th @ 7 p.m.!

We're gonna do something a little different this week and hopefully in the coming weeks too!

Enchiladas!!!!

There has been some interest in Hispanic cooking, so we have found someone who does this on a daily basis and is kind enough to share their expertise!

Mr. and Mrs. Grannyfelts and 1goddess - I want to say a huge THANK YOU all for the wonderful times I have had at these baking classes - without you guys - all the wonderful food and great times would not have been had - you guys just ROCK in my book!!!! :) :) :) :) There have been times when I forgot to say thank you :( so please let me say it now for all the times I didn't - this old brain of mine needs a new cell or two :) Hope each of you have a wonder Holiday :) :) :)

PS: Please forgive me for forgetting to say thank you :(

We had an absolute blast at class last week...between the rumballs and YODA, and the turtle candy...well in YODA's case it was turtle turds!!!

Just want to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our baking class friends, you all have truly found a place in my kitchen!

A very very special thank you to grannyfelts and mr grannyfelts...baking class would have never been a class without your expertise and talent. Love you guy's!!!

For now we will postpone baking class till after the holidays! Sad
