You have it right if you will add 1/2 can of water and 1/2 can of red wine to your recipe. Bake, covered, at 300 for about 45 minutes. Check for tenderness.

I used to have the recipe, lost it though. remember most of pan fry cube steak brown but not done, mix cream of mushroom and golden mushroom soups, thats about all i remember...anyone know this one?
