I make mine with leftover spaghetti usually a day or 2 after we have had spaghetti and we have leftovers. I mix the sauce and spaghetti together. I put a layer down in dish then layer of mixed cheese and then spaghetti mixture again and then good layer of cheese on top and bake it until cheese is good and melted. Exactly what I done last night!

This is a simple and excellent recipe!

Prepare your spaghetti sauce as normal (I use 1 jar Ragu Robusto Sauteed onion, garlic and tomato) with ground beef. Add onion if you like.

Prepare 1 package spaghetti noodles.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp season salt and 3-5 TBS melted margarine or butter (I typically use 3). After draining your spaghetti, add it to the bowl and toss to coat the noodles thoroughly.

Place half the noodles in a baking dish. Top with either 1 cup cottage cheese or 1 cup sour cream. Add half the meat sauce. Add a layer of 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or a mozzarella cheddar blend).

Repeat layers once.

Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 20.
