BAKED POTATO SALAD

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. salad dressing
6 baked potatoes, baked, peeled & cubed
1 c. cooked green beans
1 onion, cubed
1 lb. hot dogs, sliced
1/2 c. buttered crumbs

Make a cream sauce of first 4 ingredients. Add salad dressing and combine with potatoes, beans and sliced hot dogs. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot.

anyone have the recipe or a similar one to the Potato Salad/Baked Potato Salad that Lowe's Foods serves at the deli? It has cheese, chives, bacon bits, and maybe sour cream in it and some other things. It is sooo good! Thanks!
