2 eggs
2 cups skim milk
liquid sugar substitute to equal 1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract


lightly beat eggs in a small bowl,add remaining ingredients and beat well. pour mixture into five 6once cusard cups and place cups in a pan containg 1 inch of hot water.
bake at 350 for 45 min. or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.cover and chill.
