I tried this out on the Ladies at our Prayer breakfast this morning, and they really liked it. It is really good and so easy to make. I advise increasing the temperature to 325 and bake for 45 minutes at least. My oven bakes really fast but it took a lot longer than 30 minutes, to bake it. Will use this recipe often. :P :P

I froze mine in a huge freezer bag. I have no idea about heating it up. I haven't done that yet. I will probably just use the same temp as cooked it, but shorter time.

Did you freeze it in ziplock bag? How will go about reheating it?

I did cook both of them before I froze one.

I want to try this recipe someday. Also I don't want to sound dumb, but if I freeze one, d I cook it first or not?

I made this last week and it was very good. I froze the other pie for a future breakfast. Thank you!

You will LOVE this!
1 lb. sausage (or hot sausage if you prefer it spicy) 8 eggs 1 pint half-n-half 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 deep dish frozen pie crusts salt and pepper to taste
Brown the sausage and drain well Mix eggs, sausage, and half-n-half Pour evenly into the two pie crusts Sprinkle top with cheese and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until done (I find that it takes longer than 30 minutes in my oven.)
You can add onions, green peppers, mushrooms too! This one is a favorite of my family.
