I blacken boneless chicken breast on the grill, steam broccoli, carrots, and snow peas and mix this all together with the alfredo sauce and pour over pasta.

I believe my Mom always made Alfredo sauce with just some cream cheese and parmasagn cheese. You would take the creem cheese and melt it down in a sauce pan and then gradually add in parmasagn to thicken it up and to add a nice flavor.

Stuffed Cheese Ravioli with grilled chicken over pasta.

I am not sure the recipe or the real name of it...but Apple B's has one like this. I am not a fan of the place but when I tried it, it was one of the best things I had ate there.

This is a recipe my mother kind of came up with and it is very tasty. If you like the alfredo flavor, you will LOVE this recipe. I usually serve it with salad and/or cheese bread.

Chicken Alfredo(large pan)

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 regular size box rotini pasta

1 bag Italian or blended shredded cheese

2 jars Ragu Alfredo Sauce

1/2 cup milk

Slice chicken breasts into small bite size strips. Heat 1 tsp. oil in skillet add chicken, cook on medium-high heat. Boil rotini pasta as directed on back of box. When both chicken and rotini is done drain rotini. Spray a cake pan(or large size casserole dish) with nonstick spray. In large mixing bowl, mix rotini, cooked chicken, milk and alfredo sauce. Pour into dish and add the whole 8 oz. bag of shredded cheese. Sprinkle top with salt and pepper. Bake at 35 degrees until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
