Sucanat?

Hot Cocoa Mix
16c. powdered dry milk
1 ¼ cup cocoa powder
5 cups Sucanat
½ t. salt
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight container or zip lock bags.
To use measure 1/3 cup of mix into a cup and add hot water and stir.
Chai Tea Mix
2 ½ cups cane juice crystals
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups powdered milk
1 ½ cups unsweetened instant tea
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cardamom
In a small bowl combine cane juice crystal’s and vanilla and allow to dry. After it has dried out break up any clumps. In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. In a blender blend 1 cup at a time of the mix to make it a fine powder. Store in a glass jar or ziplock bag. To serve mix 2 rounded tablespoons of Chai tea mixture into a mug and add hot water. Enjoy often during this holiday season!
Chocolate Mint Coffee Mix
¾ cup powdered milk
1 cup cane juice crystals
¾ cup instant coffee powder
6 peppermint candies, crushed
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until every thing is a fine powder. Use 2 to 3 T per mug of hot water. For a fun treat add a little whipped cream and stir everything with a candy cane!
White Chocolate Latte
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup brewed espresso
1/4 cup white chocolate chips, chopped
Combine the milk and cream in a saucepan, and whisk over high heat until hot and frothy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar. Whisk together hot espresso and white chocolate chips in a mug until smooth. If you are making two, pour half into another mug. Top with the frothy hot milk and stir to blend in the flavoring.
