ooooh...now this sounds really good!!!

2 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup shortening
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups plain flour
1tsp vanilla flavoring
1tsp coconut flavoring
1tsp lemon flavoring
1tsp almond flavoring
2 tsps butterum flavoring

cream butter,sugar and shortening. Add eggs one at a time. sift flour add baking powder and salt. add milk and flavorings. pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.


That was copied straight out of cook book, almost. I use butter instead of margarine. I use cake flour and I Pam my pan instead of grease and flour. I have never used this recipe so I cannot vouch for how good it is.

Anyone have the recipe for 5 flavor pound cake?
