I use an 18 ounce jar of crunchy peanut butter and 2 1/2 pounds of white chocolate. Cut up your white chocolate and melt in a double boiler. I don't have one, I just put a smaller pot into a larger pot with boiling water in the larger pot. Melt you white chocolate add your peanut butter and stir. Place in a jelly roll pan and let it set up. I usually put mine in the fredge for about 3-5 minutes, bring it out, cut into the size pieces I want and then put back in fridge to continue setting up. Makes great gifts. Only thing is, you can only find white chocolate around Christmas time. You can also freeze after it sets up.

I have used chocolate frosting and peanut butter chips and it turned out pretty doggone good.

The trick is to cut the melted chips into the frosting after melting and not mixing it all together.

microwave 1 bag, any kind of candy chips for 90 seconds. Place 1 container of any flavor cake frosting on top of chips, microwave another 90 seconds. Stir well pour onto buttered waxed or foil paper lined dish and refrigerate 1 hour. This is great and people have tried all kind of combinations. Let us know of the good ones you come up with. Enjoy

Would someone please tell me if you have to refrigerate this for it to set up, also how long before it will set up. Has anyone tried mixing in peanut butter? Thanks everyone/
