How to cook frozen corn
How to cook frozen corn

Do not boil or steam your corn! This easy recipe will make your frozen corn taste like it's right off the cob

1lb of frozen corn
4 Tbsp of butter (1/2 stick)
1 Tbsp of sugar

Rinse frozen corn in a colander until ice is all gone. Shake off excess water over the sink.

Place corn and butter in a skillet over medium high heat.

Sprinkle sugar over the corn and stir until butter is melted and corn is hot. Takes about 5 minutes. Do not over cook!

Season with Kosher salt and fresh black pepper if desired.

Serve immediately.
