Creamy Old Fashioned Coconut Pie
Creamy Old Fashioned Coconut Pie

An old fashioned recipe, but so easy to make!

1 1/2 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of shredded coconut
2 eggs (beaten)
3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of butter (melted)
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Stir everything together in a large bowl (except for the pie shell, of course). Pour it into the pie shell, and bake at 350 for about an hour, or until a knife comes out clean.

Cool to room temperature, and refrigerate any leftovers!
