Spray paint works if you have nothing else, but I tend to feel sorry for the yellow jackets..unless i get stung pretty bad. It takes a lot of spray paint.

Will the clorox kill the bush?

Skunks are natural predators of yellow jackets. Rent a skunk, or better yet, just leave them alone. Many are quick to end a life. Can you MAKE a life? Leave em alone. Or are you a skunk?

dump a half a bottle of clorox in the hole this will kill them. Or they wiil be white jackets. But clorox does work.

Sounds witchy, but I tried this and it works for wasps.. Hang a zip-lock bag filled with about 2/3 water and drop a few SHINNY pennies in it. Put the bag where wasps hang out. They will go away. Really worked for me.

Put the sticky trap right over their hole. You'll be amazed!

I lay down a stick trap used for mice etc. When one gets stuck, they all get stuck. Already took care of 4 nests this year using these. They die a horribly slow death which I consider revenge for all the stings I've received from them over the years.
