My company can do this for you! We have 30+ years of experience in Painting Wallpaper and small Renovations. Doing a job like this yourself can be done but you need to know that if you do not remove all the adhesive, your walls will be ruff and painting will be a mess. We will be more than glad to give you a reasonable price on doing this job. Contact Max or Angela at 336-384-1084 or 828-221-7332

There are two layers of paper, but painting over it is not an option, as the top layer is embossed with a design. It REALLY needs to come down and I have been working on it for a while (got maybe 1/4 of it done), but the job is bigger than I have time for. Really need someone to help.

my daughter-in-law painted over the wallpaper in her kitchen. She used two coats of primer paint, then painted the walls, they turned out great.

Easy vs difficult varies. Depends on how, or IF, the walls were prepped before papering as well as the type of paper.

It may be easy. It may be a time consuming mess and you may have to skim and sand the walls.

Not hard to remove. Just make sure all the adhesive is off the walls prior to painting. You can smooth up bad places that you made with drywall mud. Make it smooth like a baby's butt.

Wallpaper is easy to remove; take some fabic softener (cap full) to a 5 gal bucket of hot water; put the mixture in a spray bottle.. spray it on the wallpaper and its very easy to remove with a sponge or putty knife
