I understand that. But at my house all the lights are on and is 76 degrees.

2 hours ago the air was getting cooler. It was sprinkling at my house. And the sun was getting ready to set. Stink bugs are not active under those conditions. Try the garlic when it's warm and sunny

Well. 2 hours now with garlic cloves.. Only 1 stink bug! It's working!

Nope they are looking for a warm place to hibernate for the winter. Oh and lay eggs for more of the little devils.

Nodout, they've invaded my porch and laundry room. I wonder if they die out when cold weather hits, hope so.

the first link above is the product that i use. i tried it last year in mid-invasion and was amazed at how much it stopped them from landing on my house. this year i sprayed my house in june and again at the beginning of this month. the difference between last year and this year is light years. i even used it to spray trees and shrubs (nothing edible) ... as that is where the bugs are right now ... and looking to launch themselves at your front porch.

the second link is a product my neighbor used. he is perfectly happy with it, but his house was not invaded like my house was. the product i used specifically states its for stink bugs along with other critters.

i highly recommend the first link. although it seems pricey, one bottle is enough to spray my house twice and it lasts 90 days. i have an average sized house with a steep roof. if you own a mobile home, one bottle would probably be enough for an entire year.

I bet if you catch a few and nail them to the wall the others will get the message. I am Glad they know not to come up here in FINLEY.

Would garlic powder work?

I told you stomping them would work.

Well folks, i may have a solution. Temporary maybe, BUT i read online that garlic will keep them away. So i went to the store tonight, bought some garlic, cut it up and placed it around the fireplace. (Where they're coming in) I used a bit to rub around the fireplace insert and I've seen only one in the last 45 minutes. When there had been one every 5 minutes! !

I hear small is giving a penny a piece for all you can catch. Get a sack full and give him a call. 1-800-OLD-SLED.
