Try baby oil or GooGone.

Take a hair dryer or heat gun and hold it on the stickers till they heat up. Sometime they'll peal right off. And maybe Goo-Gone?

Mr Clean magic erasers work really good for most things and I have used them on finished wood before and they didn't hurt the finish.
