When is the best time to start sowing grass? I figured it was still too early yet but noticed some people up the road who done some clearing through the winter had planted grass seed already and it is coming up quite nicely. Is it too early to plant now? What are the steps I need to take to ensure I nice lawn this year? Any advice is appreciated.
