it could be that it caved in because of wear and tear, was too ful and hadn't been pumped, not big enough for the number of inhabitants ; it could be the tailings sinking because of the rain, soft ground, even driving or parking heavy vehicles over it can do it...

It does cost money.Coulld homeowners insurance help to pay?

! don't know anyone to recomend. Sorry.

Maybe Carolina Farm Credit can recomend someone.

What are some reasons that fluids from a septic tank would be coming out?

It is full of sheet!

if its an older tank it could be a busted pipe going to the tank, before they started useing pvc pipe they used whats known as paper pipe (its not really paper) but its a clay pipe and over the years it tends to crush

Definitely needs to be pumped. Hopefully the drain field has not failed. If it has, you will have to dig deep into your pocketbook.

It may need to be pumped. There may be a blockage in the tail lines. I think it costs about $250-$300 to have it pumped. It will be more if they have to dig up the tail lines.

What are some reasons that fluids from a septic tank would be coming out? Any ideas how to fix this without paying an arm and a leg?
