Mine quit working some time ago. I went to Lowe's and got a replace kit and changed it. Took about 5 minutes.

You more than likely need a new filter regardless of what the light says on the filter reset if your refrigerator is either a Whirlpool, Kenmore, Frigidaire, or GE. All made by the same company now. All now owned by Electrolux. You can order new filters from Electrolux on the web. They are expensive at about $45.00 each, including shipping. By the way, my Frigidaire line comes up from the floor and just behind the removable panel at the bottom. If you have removed this then you may have pinched it closed. It is a bit tricky to replace the clean out panel under the door.

Sounds like we have the same one with the filter reset button.I may sound stupid but has anyone hit the cut off lever inside the icemaker. The lever that stops it from making ice when it is full?Maybe you could work the lever up and down a few times?

Check the water line to the ice maker. Sometimes pesky mice will chew the line and you have no ice and a water leak. May not be the case if you haven't seen any water in the floor, but you never know.

It does, and the light is green ,so it shouldn't be that.It has a reset the filter option,I did that too ...still no ice.
