My neighbor does a lot of gardening. He recently spoke to me of a pest that looks like a small house fly but has a yellow or golden tail and it is destroying his corn along with other crops. What is it and how do you get rid of it? Hopefully he can get rid of it with natural ingredients. Thanks for your help.
