Not too late at all for aerating, liming, and seeding. Fertilize a little later and then again in late April or early May. As warm as it has been and with as little rain as we have had then the process will be okay...particularly if we get some "poor mans' fertilizer (snow)" to help with the sweetening of the soil with the lime.

i would put it off.(but i'm a lazy effer)
mines never been aerated or reseeded since 84 or since the house was built in the late 50's that i know of and its fine ... except where the dogs pee a lot and kill it

Do you guys think it's too late in the year to aerate and reseed the lawn? I should have done it a month (or two) ago but got busy, and now time's slipped by without my noticing!
