your fan that blows the heat could be driven by a belt. if so,as they age, they will start to come apart and make the noise as the cracked or missing rubber chunks roll around the pulleys.

I USED--HVAC---OF STATE RD. JIMMY JOHNSTON----336-874-2127. DOES GREAT WORK AND VERY REASONABLE.

called a HVAC tech he came out its the blower fan motor, have to replace that part

If it isn't broken it soon will be. Calling an HVAC man might mean the difference in small bill and a large bill.

Are you new to the home? Is it only when you turn the heat on? My house has the flexible duct work and they flex when the heat turns on and off...its annoying.

the fan blade could be off balance,sounds like you need a HVAC tech to come out and take a look before it does further damage....
