Also, be sure and check your filter. If it has not been changed, change it - clogged filters can cause all sorts of problems. Good Luck.

Check your breaker and make sure both sides have a nice snap to them and one is not tripped, it should have two breakers connected together around 50-70A. If one is soft it might be bad. I don't do furnace work but that is what I found with someone's dryer one time and it does the same thing to a range. Its a starting point that a handyman can do with a multimeter.

Post the type of heat (furnace) you have and someone might know who to refer you to.
Each type of heating system is different and very specialized for the repair service

Ok so our heat will only work when its about 55 out side if it gets any lower it will just blow out cold air and the fan on the unit wont work at all... I have a 3 year old child and money is really tight right now, Does anybody know somebody who will help me get it fixed for cheap???
