I always put Dawn on it then soak it in Oxy Clean in the sink overnight or maybe all day then wash it.

Just saw your post. Dawn takes lots of stain off BUT when you first get your garment stained and don't have it handy sprinkle TALC on the stain. it will absorb the grease You can also use baking soda powder, cornstarch or even flour Once the grease is absorbed it's so much easier to wash off..

dawn OR if you are willing to try it grab a baby wipe and keep wiping until the stain is gone. Believe it or not it took ink out of a white cashmere sweater!
Dry cleaning will get it too, but I have not been successful in finding a satisfactory dry cleaner in NWboro or Wboro (in my opinion).

Awesome is really good for most any type of stain, and the best part...It's only a dollar at Dollar General!

Dawn is made to break down grease. They even wash animals who are covered in oil from an oil spill, with dawn.

I have good luck with pretreating with Dawn dish detergent. Just cover the spot and let it set a few minutes before washing. I just wash as usual and it has always worked for me.
