Dog eating flower bulbs

Put moth balls around whatever you plant. Make a circle. Dogs do not like the smell. I have used it to stop my neighbors dog from doing his business in a certain spot every morning. Try it.

You can also get a bulb basket to plant the bulbs in. The purpose is usually to keep moles/varmints from eating your bulbs but it would work for this purpose too.

would spraying apple bitters help? Dogs sure don't like the taste of that stuff. How big is this dog? What kind of dog/mix is she? Wonder if making a mini fence around the bushes would keep her from being able to get to them enough to pull them out of the ground? Like a few stakes with some type of wire around the bush until it's established?
