Hope they smoke the snakes, rats, mice and spiders out from the crawl space before sealing or their rotting bodies might stank for a few weeeks.

Does anyone know where you can buy the materials to install yourself?

The big name is the business is Clean Space. But there is another company (I can't remember the name now) based in Wilkes that also does this and is considerably cheaper. They also do mold and mildew remediation.

I helped do my friends last summer , its very nice and works very well. buy the stuff at local contracter and do it yourself for 1/3 of what someone will charge. its hard manual labor in a confined space and will take couple days .

The stuff is great. I haven't had my own done yet, but most new homes now are getting it. Just a dehumidifier won't work because traditional crawls aren't sealed and you will just be sucking moisture out of the air. Also, the process also improves energy efficiency for both heating and cooling because the crawl is also better controlled now. If you can afford it, it is well worth it.

I would just run a dehumidifier under there in the spring and summer. Why spend **** when you can cure the problem for hundreds?

$2300 for 1260 sq. ft. up to $12,000+ for 1500 sq. ft.

Guess it depends on where you live and who you hire.

I looked it up online. It looks like a pretty good concept. If you have it done you could probably store things without the must smell getting in. If you have it done I would like to know about how much it will end up costing.

Has anyone ever had this done to their crawl space? If so I need some recommendations. My HVAC man suggested that I have it done to cut down on moisture under my house. It's alright during the winter months. It's spring and summer that is causing issues with the condensation. I placed new plastic down last year but figured I would take it a step further in case it doesn't solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
