I agree with all, and they might be aphids. Google each one and Wikapedia should have a picture that will show you the correct insect.

Google termite images and see if they look the same. Might be the larva.

I went to plant some flowers and when i turned the dirt there were little creatures that looked like albino ants. Anyone know what they are ?
