Roger Stanley built one of the homes in Canterbury, I used to do some work with most of the builders in Wilkes and Roger was always one of the fairest and most honest.

LOL ranger... i unfortunately have a house of his, and i had to replace my joists and chimney last winter due to his shoddy/crappy work. I have also worked on friend's houses that he has done, and all of his construction is below par.

Joel Stinson builds nice homes at a fair price. He has built alot of homes in Millers Crossing off Green Acres road. 667-9663 Also Roger Stanley builds larger custom homes. 927-0869 I would trust either of these to build a home for me.

P.S. The building/inspection department will make you go see the planning/zoning department and the health department (septic system requirements) and get an ok from them before they will give you a permit.

Before you sign on the dotted line pay a visit to the inspection department and talk to the people there about your project and those who you intend to use to do it.
