blueberries, I need advice, please....

oh you know how blueberries are .... totally fruity ....

i will give another bit of advise but you might already know. they really like well draining soil. if there is clay mixed in the planting area, hill them up a bit to help the water run off.

that's what i planned to do. just buy 2 more that will cross pollinate ... and the one i have will get caught in the threesome.

Elmo you can get any kind of Blueberry bush and plant...they will cross...Note; they will not be the same blueberry"s though that you had to start with...I would buy at least two to four plants

i used to have 2 blueberry plants, different genetics for pollination. one plant died and i lost the tag on the remaining plant. now i have no pollinator and don't know what to buy to replace it. i wonder if there is some universal blueberry pollinator

Also if you have a lot of deer you may want to wrap with netting.

I left out the "you".....plant them about 4 to 6 feet apart.

Ok, so I got 2 nice blueberry plants....how close should they be planted...you know so they can have sex and make me some little blueberries next year....
