The webs are just ugly and overwhelming the flowers, when I pinch off dead blooms they stick to my hands, yuck! They have been here all summer so it's not something new.

leave them alone knock their web down but dont kill them
(unless they get on you then it is perfectly ok to spaz out and stomp them), they are your friends.
the closer to fall it gets the more you will see them

I have some type of spider or worm that makes webs on my potted plants sitting on porch and a climbing rose bush on the corner of the porch. I tear the webs down everyday and they are back the next morning. I see no sign of the culprit. I don't want to use pesticides that would hurt the resident blue tailed skinks, or birds. Any ideas?
