Get rid of the stove. It's a ticking bomb now. That artificial sweetener in crystal light will change in chemical structure when exposed to electricity and is then similar to the same compound in plastic explosives. You are going to blow up your house

| I can put a level 3 hazmat suit on, hard hat, safety glasses, electrical safety rated steel toed boots with metataursal protction, orange vest, ear plugs, fall arrest harness, knee pads, 30 kv iso 9000 certified lineman gloves over hypoallergenic latex gloves and using a UL Approved circuit location instrument, find and lockout the circuit breaker to said stove until you have cleaned the burner. A gas spectrochromatigraph will verify the job was successful.

I have an electric stove with the spiral burners and the drip pans that you can pop out. I just spilled a container of water with Crystal Light that was on the counter next to my stove, and it spilled over two of my burners and down the side of the stove. I took the two burners apart and lifted up the stove top to clean real good, but some of the water spilled down into the stove top and now I'm afraid to turn on my burners. What can I do to dry everything out before I turn it on, lest I be electrocuted ?
